Any good endgame mods?

I am making a modpack for me and my friends, and, even though we have harder mods to balance it out, there is a point where you become too powerful to even bother. We aren't doing pvp, so there will be nothing to do when we reach that point. I need a mod that adds good endgame challenges, such as bosses or dungeons. Keep in mind we are doing an RPG/Magic modpack.

Ars Magicka has some excellent end game powers, and some insanely powerful bosses to die to at the end of the game. Fire Guardian anyone?

^ I agree with Gideonseymour. It adds some pretty nice stuff. Also the Twilight Forest mod has a progression of regions and bosses you can take on that gives an adventure-ey feel.

Chromaticraft (still alpha phase for 1.7.10) is a magic mod. I didnt start playing withit yet since you need nether stars for most of the cool stuff

It's the combination of the old geostrata crystal, dye tree and some other addition that look amazing

I think you need RoC for it to run which is a early to end game tech mod

I had Chromaticraft running in the complete absence of Rotarycraft, I believe it's a standalone mod and is only dependent on DragonAPI

Thank you for all the replies so far, guys. I have a few of these mods in the pack already. I'm looking for a few mods that give uses to all the OP tinker's and metallurgy stuff. I'll also PM the pack to a few of those who gave suggestions so I can get some feedback before I ask permission from mod authors to make it public.

Gravestone adds a pretty insane dungeon to the world. Roguelike Dungeons and BetterDungeons also add challenge, but they're not really a challenge once you reach endgame.

GT in 1.7.10 I have to say watching BevoLJ (playing Beyond Reality) is actually much easier than previous versions.
In its own way.
I am also playing a gregtech in the Colossus 4 pack and watching Bevo play and the annoying part is finding the veins. Using a hammer to prospect is not quite as good as terrafirmacraft and is entirely luck based.

In its own way.

But when you find a vein, hooooooly shiz. I play on a pack where the ore gen is cut in half and I STILL have a chest chock full of iron.

End game... Hardcore Ender Expansion :)
Or maybe some other mod that adds a whole new dimension to go and explore, such as Wyldicraft (although I doubt many people playing the pack would like it, RS is a Marmite game)

No mods try to be end game but just end up being anoing becuase they have "end" game thing in them are stuff you sould start with but there hard to get but once you get the hard thing to start its a cake walk from there
