Nope, it's autism.
...okay, technically, it's not autism, it's Asperger's Syndrome, but it IS on the autism spectrum (whatever that is).
My neighbor has that. I helped him move a few blocks away recently. He's not that bad of a guy if a little hard to talk to at times
