If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Can you use upload log button to upload a log?

That log I linked is from making a fresh start of the launcher, attempting to launch SkyFactory 3, waiting ~2minutes and then clicking the "Upload Log" button from the Feed The Beast Launcher Console.

True, misread things. How fast your computer is? I don't see any obvious reasons for MC not being loaded.

Windows Edition --------------------------
Windows 10 Home
System --------------------------------------
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4510U CPU @ 2.00 GHz 2.60 GHz
Installed memory (RAM): 12.0 GB
System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64 based processor

You got trend micro installed on that machine?

Try adding exceptions for c:\games\ftb + java, and if that doesn't help - try disable the "firewall booster" from trend micro settings.

(and perhaps update your java, your nvidia drivers + make sure you're using the Nvidia card instead of the intel one)

Post new log if it still fails.

As both java and nvidia drivers are still old and you said they are "at most update status".

Did you do the other stuff, or did you just say you did?

Please redo all steps, and perhaps a reboot as well after you've done with changes and updates.

I am unclear how you intend me to prove that I told both java and Nvidia to update to current.

I'm attempting to download the launcher again now. I've found a posting that indicates that the old installation my have issues.

By using the newest Java (and driver) versions. We can see the ones you use in the log:

[23:24:18] [INFO] JavaFinder.parseJavaVersion:204: Preferred: Java Version: 1.8.0_77 sorted as: 1.8.0_77 64 Bit Java at : C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_77\bin\java.exe

I believe 8u121 is the newest version.

Try Force updating the pack? Go to options tab on FTB launcher, click "Force update" (just once, it's a toggle button even if it doesn't look like one) and then launch the pack ya wanna play

In no particular order; I've had a busy couple of days:

Re downloaded launcher.
Force updated java to direct only to program required for each version installed.
Tried force updating, also forced to 3.0.7 version of SkyFactory from 3.0.6 recommended.
Re-verified correct download of NVidia drivers through GeForce Experience console.

No apparent change. Still failing to launch at memory set point.

(Side note: Vanilla Minecraft is unaffected by any of this. Nor any of my saves.)

Launcher prompted to update after work yesterday.

Updated launcher chugged very hard after the memory set point but did launch SkyFactory3 after two minutes or so.
