all ftb modpacks that i try to download wont get past the finalizing installation part

hi! so, basically ive been trying to download ftb omnia for a while now. its been about 2 hours and it hasnt gotten past the finalizing installation part of the download. ive also tried other modpack like revelations and university, but none of them are getting past the finalizing download i dont know what to do, ive tried restarting the download, reinstalling the ftb app, ive even tried hard restarting my computer. nothing is working,

That part takes longer than you think, it's where it downloads all the configuration files, there can be quite a lot of them.
