Closed AE2 Recipies arent working

Summary of the problem Recipies arent working correctly

Pack Version 1.4.0

What is the bug? When I first updated my server to 1.4.0 everything was fine but after a restart, a lot of recipes broke, for example, can't make silicon balls or craft any processors for AE2 in any machine. [This only happens on multiplayer supposedly due to forge version]

Is it repeatable? Cant craft anything from AE2 on a server.

its due to the AE2 version, downgrading fixes it

Try Manufactory from the nuclear craft - give 1 silicon from 4 sand. And need power too.
But for me - no problem with getting silicon normal way (from the Certus quartz dust)...
 
Can confirm that a lot of recipes are not working, just updated to 1.4.0 on both client and my server and now any auto crafting recipe that uses external machines works, but if it has to craft using molecular assembler it just freezes in the crafting view.

Edit: As of Stable 7 version of the mod, everything is fine.
