Hey all im having troubles with lag spikes every minute. I see alot of AE2 errors in console looking like this :

At some point most of the users will time out and console will freeze and show :
Netty Epoll Server IO #11/ERROR - FML 03-08-2017 03:06:16
03:06:16NetworkDispatcher exception
Console 03-08-2017 03:06:16
03:06:16io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException
Also the memory will start filling up.
I have updated all plugins, looked through peoples bases. Tried various profiling plugins, here are some results:
