Windows .exe Admin Invisibility

Been looking for a command for my server for FTB, so an Admin can turn invisible reason why I ask for this some people been doing douche things on the server and I kinda want to catch them red handed to see what they are doing, but if they see me they obviously wont do it.

You will most likely need to use a plugin for it.

Just search on google for one.

No luck so far, tried googling plugins for FTB, are there any websites that host all plugins for FTB ? all I seem to find is townie and Border plugins
