Adding mods to server but crash and burn

I've been trying to add mods to my server such as Tconstruct and ars magica, but the server crashes. Im using the ultimate FTB pack and the crash log is here http://pastebin.com/cEVsPN18.

The mods you are adding are using IDs already in use by other mods. You have to go into their config files and change them.

Also, unrelated to your crash, your going to want to update your java.
