Problem Activate Biomes O Plenty?

it's the file called server in the main folder area

I know what that is, and I changed default to BIOMESOP, but what about going into the config and enabling generation?

Can someone post a default terraingen.cfg file with the setting "B:"Add Biomes To Default World"=true" already added to it. Please, my host does not have this enabled and I don't know how to add it. I believe this is the reason no new biomes are generating. I alread set level-type to BIOMESOP and disabled the .dis. Please help
