Is it repeatable? I don't quite know although the server restarted and I have restarted my client

It is caused by Draconic Evolution mod specifically when wearing the any of the armor. It is not a modpack bug because the error occors even with vanilla books.

There is no fix other than removing the armor.

Can't be fixed, just take off the armor.
