What is the bug? At one random point the achievement book started to have a texture glitch that ive never seen before.

Yup, you can thank Draconic Evolution armor for that. I can't fix it Don't wear the armor when reading the book.

You'll notice the same issue when looking at some other books, especially the vanilla books. It's a rendering issue on Draconic Evolution's side.
