Details of the issue I can only get between 1 and 4 fps while playing this pack.
According to task manager, I have about 50% CPU utilization and 60% RAM usage (4GB assigned to MC) (windows is in high-performance mode)
According to F3, the game uses my dedicated GPU.
I have no issues running other large modpacks like Beyond either.

I suggest that you use the Twich client (Curse), and then if you still got the issue - contact the mod pack author as stated on the mod pack page:

Some notes... not sure they will help. But I'm guessing your CPU only has 2 cores and at 50% you have maxed out one of your cores. Also, I don't think 4GB of RAM is enough for a 1.10.2 pack that has about 180 mods in it.
