Open 2.5.3: Missing item: Cable Facade - Grass Block

What is the bug:
While you can create thousands of different cable facades including dirt, it is not possible to create a "Cable Facade - Grass Block" in 2.5.3.

Can it be repeated:
Just search in NEI - No such block visible
Attempt to craft anyway using std facade motif- does not work.

Not sure about 2.5.3 but they are not craftable in 2.5.4.
