You need a normal sieve for normal dirt and gravel and such if you want to use a heavy sieve you need compressed gravel and sand and dust. which is made by 9 of them in a crafting table

The only way for mods to add other languages is if someone requests it from the mod, or does the translations for the mod author. Ex Nihilo is not being actively worked on for translations.

As for your sieving issue, you're using the wrong sieve. You need a regular sieve, not a heavy sieve.
