Open 2.5.1: Printed circuits from AE uncraftable

What is the bug:
I can't seem to craft the printed circuits. They do show up in NEI but left clicking them in NEI doesn't do anything when it should be popping up with the recipe

This issue only seems to appear in multiplayer as I was able to go into a single player world and successfully craft all of the printed circuits

Can it be repeated:
Go on a 2.5.2 server and attempt to craft the circuits

This may actually be a 2.5.1 issue but I'm not 100% sure on that. Testing with a server that I know is on 2.5.2 as I'm the one running it as opposed to the server I was seeing this issue on which is not run by me

EDIT: confirmed 2.5.1 issue that is fixed by updating server to 2.5.2

This is not an issue in 2.5.2 and beyond, I just tested it out myself.

Actually, it turns out the server I'm having this issue on is on 2.5.2
