Open 2.5.0: Iron doesn't work in compacting drawers

What is the bug:
Placing iron bars in a compacting storage drawer fails to convert it with iron blocks and nuggets. In fact, there does not appear to be a regular crafting bench recipe to convert nuggets back into bars.

Are you sure you're using iron and not something like electric steel?

All the issues you mentioned are not present in my installation.

There is an issue with 2.5.0 and Iron ingots not converting correctly. This issue appears to primarily effect instances/servers running on Linux and was caused by the order mods and scrips were loaded. This was fixed in the 2.5.1 release and should no longer be present.

You will need to update to a newer version in order to fix the issue.

Ahh, I am running linux in this case. The other difference I noticed with the other instance I ran ( on windows ) was that before I was using a smeltery to melt the iron, and now I am using a pulverizer + alloy smelter.

You'll want to go to 2.5.2 to fix the crashing while raining (servers and I'll assume any Linux)
