What is the bug:
if u right click with some stacked tanks like the ones from open blocks or drums, on a railcraft tank they tend to disappear. u may get some back if u go in the tanks UI afterwards but not necessarily all of them. My friend just destroyed 2 or 3 full drums of oil that way.

Railcraft 9.10.0.0
