Open 2.2.2: FTB Infinity Optifine crash

What is the bug:
So I've been playing Infinity with Optifine installed for as long as I can remember. Today when I logged in my Infinity crashed after a few mintues of loading up a world(In this case, a server).
This is what's in the logs:

EnderIO: Found the following problem(s) with your installation: "Optifine is installed. This is NOT supported." This may have caused the error. Try reproducing the crash WITHOUT this/these mod(s) before reporting it.
Stencil buffer state: Function set: GL30, pool: forge, bits: 8
Forestry : Warning: You have mods that change the behavior of Minecraft, ForgeModLoader, and/or Minecraft Forge to your client:
Optifine
These may have caused this error, and may not be supported. Try reproducing the crash WITHOUT these mods, and report it then.

Same problem here... Infitech 2 after installing Optifine. Sorry for offtop (another pack), but it is the same problem of EnderIO and Optifine

basicly optifine is not supported on a LOT of modpacks (little example carpenter's blocks not rendering) so ... just use fastcraft or betterFPS
