What is the bug:
For some odd reason Pixie Dust isn't oredicted?

May I ask why they should be? Are they the same item, just from different mods? (Think Copper Ingots)

Biomes of Plenty Pixie Dust should never be ore-dicted with Botania Pixie Dust.

Biomes of Plenty Pixie Dust is dropped by Pixies in the Magical Forest Biome added by the mod. Easy to get once you find the biome.
Botania Pixie Dust is required for most end-game Botania items and flowers and is crafted by tossing a mana pearl into an Alfheim portal.

Those two are not equivalent in the slightest. It would be akin to making Diamonds by farming bats or some other mob in Vanilla.

Weird, it was my understanding that the pixies only spawned in the dimension the mod added that was removed and that pixie dust was currently not acquirable.

If they spawn in magical forest biomes that is a different thing entirely.
