1.7 mods?

I searched around, but searching for numbers doesn't really return the best results...

Is there a thread (or decently updated website) that is keeping track of the status of 1.7 mods? Debating whether I want to go ahead and start working with 1.6.4 or 1.7 after being out of MC for about 6 months...
