This is not finished. suggestions appreciated.

Conductive iron, well, conducts. all(most) energy producers will use some of this.

Dark Iron, it absorbs sunlight. useful for solar setups.

Microchips/cpus, they provide the ability to use IOs and other logic in machines. most complicated machines will need a variation of these.

focuses help focus sunlight onto solar machinations. the more powerful the solar, the better the focus it needs to get acceptable efficiency.

The mystery of blue. tinting the glass blue seems to help collect sunlight. no idea why.

lumium emits radioactivity-free light. it is used in most lamps/lights. those burns are definitly your imagination, not your lumium lit house.

Copper is a soft material useful in many simple machines and mekanisims.

tin is a weak material unsuited to making much. it appears to find its niche in making tanks.

silver is a vain material mainly used for decoration, with its only uses being alloying and electronics such as circuts and pcb's.

lead is a extremely useful material for stopping radiation created by some higher tier machines. also used in weighing things down.

ferrous is (unknown as of yet)

Platinum is useful for machine linings and insilation.

mana infused ingot is (unknown as of yet)

electrum is a useful alloy, as it suffers little rust and degradation.

invar is a odd material, seemingly a near copy of iron on the surface. (unkown as of yet)

Bronze is a strong, durable material, useful for crushing things and as infastructure.

signalum is (unknown as of yet)

Enderium, a seemingly useless material as it is weak in composition seems to be useful to the mages, as they order it by the cartload.

Memoric Redstone is great at storing data, or low amounts of energy. However, it has a low capacity for energy, so energized redstone is needed for better batteries.

mekanisim universal cables are disabled, because they cause immense TPS lag. in .5 they will be re-enabled, so if you want to use them you can.
Vaelstrom is my 1.7.10 pack. yep. i have no idea what to put here. i am bad at descriptions. well, not really much to say here... i am open to all suggestions about additions/config changes and minetweaking.(i have already done some BTW) i will add more here later when i am feeling more creative. credit to thomazM for most of the pack art. i have had this pack for a while, bot only just realised i could make it public.

Known issues=1.beacon GUI's think your minecraft is Delicious.

it is saddening ii have to bump this...... i will try to do this as few times as possible. (it has been about 24 hours)

This looks like an interesting pack, might have to check it out.

Wait... Treecapitator? Finally! A modpack that has this! As a suggestion, though, I would add Veinminer. Very useful mod. Treecapitator for ores basically :p

EDIT: Nice launcher logo btw

yep, i love treecapitator. i will take a look at veinminer, maybe i can make it only work for some high-endish picks. (seems silly that a basic stone pick could veinmine)

thanks, i made it myself :p
Can i request adding an extra mod the iguana tweaks for tic? Can't live without this mod since the first time I met it lol
i will look, it would take quite a bit of configuring, tho, because i still want you to be able to use the vanilla route.

Vanilla route? Do you mean creating wooden pickaxe etc?
If you mean by that than it's just as simple as deleting 1 / 2 numbers though. The rest of mining level you just let the mod configure itself and done.

Oh, last time I used it, it switched the mining levels around, so a stone pick couldn't mine iron.

The thing about veinminer is it makes things almost too easy. You can veinmine wood, dirt, gravel with a flower.

That would be a better fit, as is, I can take a few stacks of gravel and a flint pick, and level it to Epic in a couple of hours while mining out a huge amount of area, and exposing a ton of ores. Then swap parts out for a better pick. It makes hammers, excavators and lumber axes totally redundant.

And speaking of lumber axes. Tree capitator isn't needed when you have lumber axes, and you have less chance of messing up your game when chopping down large trees. Every server I've been on with treecapitator gets problems because people chop down redwoods and twilight oaks.

Haven't ever tried vanilla pickaxe since I use tic + iguana tweaks for tic since you can't make it as well. But I guess that could be configured somehow. But it is up to you though it is your modpack after all :D. Just suggesting, great work :)

i agree, iguana tweaks improves TiC immensely, i just don't want you to HAVE to go through tic in this pack. :)

Now that makes sense. Why don't you tell me from the beginning then :P. I thought people can choose between starting with TiC or vanilla tools. We could save the debate lol
