I'm guessing "it's there, but don't expect an update". The creator is still on these boards and posting, just not here. If you read the OP, this was a project being done, and then got posted as public. Public packs take some work though. Some of it just replying to people, some of it fixing bugs, or updating mods. Endless updates, and some updates break lots of things. More work. This is why so many packs go live, then get abandoned. Sort of an evolving universe, play a pack, move on when done if it doesn't get updates
