Any nice tricks to remove the dust? I'm guessing it can't be piped out, but could an autonomous activator + vacuum hopper do it?
I did the activator + vacuum hopper thing. I tried pipes too but it didn't work at all.

TBH Tekkit has been offering a much more unified gameplay experience than FTB since 1.5. I've still stuck with FTB as there are mods I couldn't live without, but this version I've stuck with Jaded and Eyamaz's packs and TPPI. That is the kind of pack I want come 1.7. Ideally with just RF.

Not ideally rf, but a single energy network, or rf producers with mj consumers.

You could add energy/fuel support. Ideally mj or rf for energy, ethanol, biofuel, oil,fuel... etc, for fuel. Destabilised/molten redstone could work as well.
I belive it was planned for redstone in motion.

Hardcore mode is supposed to consume RF (though it may be broken - have to test it later, I'm traveling and don't have my dev environment). Fuel is a neat idea for people who don't use RF. I think it would be easier to stick to liquids, but if that's what you want I can make it burn solids.

Liquid fuel sounds better. Solid could require gui.
RF readings can be done with WAILA?

Maybe liquid glowstone could be a fuel, because its flows upwards.

I said molten/destabilised redstone (molten comes from project red's tinkers construct integration) because this thing has a lot of redstone in it. The other burnable fuels are just obvious.

Thanks, im not close to my own computer either, i will check it later.

RF probably can't be read by WAILA. Fuels and items could be implemented as consuming it when you right-click the engine with them, and giving a configurable fuel value?

All rf and mj values are being shown from te, mariculture, ender io, and forestry. probably reads eu (not tested) and mj from buildcraft.

How fuels could work with pipes? They should work with them. Maybe 2 inventories for liquid and solid fuel? RF is being burnt first, then liquid fuel then solid fuel? or flux as the last, being the most inefficient.

An indicator on the side to show fuel values? Something like how fuel is being shown on the sides of dynamos?

It probably uses the RF API to ask how much energy is stored.

I'd prefer that receiving fuel would add energy to the drive's internal buffer immediately, because then I don't have to store each fuel item/liquid.

I'm not quite sure how to do that, but I can give it a shot when I get back.

If the fuel being converted immidiately, then what you will do to prevent it from "eating" itself up when full of energy?

RF power does not works. I tried it with te conduits, ender io conduits, and eng toolbox flux pipe. After placing a magmatic dynamo on the top, its does not drains any power from it.

Which version? I think I might have broken hardcore mode somewhere around 1.1.7, so if you're using that or the 1.7 version, sorry about the bug. I'm afraid I can't fix it this week; I'm traveling and don't have a computer that can run Minecraft.

2.3.0.0, 1.6.
That's Redstone in Motion still, not Remain in Motion. It doesn't have any of my changes in it, including the one where I enabled hardcore mode. Try the download link on this forum thread; I reset the version number when I forked the mod but other things don't seem to notice.

Remain in Motion for 1.6 only goes up to 1.2.0. RemIM 2.0 was the 1.7 port.

2.3.0.0 is the last Redstone in Motion version.

It says in the mods menu? Oh, maybe I forgot to update the mcmod.info version number.

Sorry if hardcore mode is broken in 1.2.x, I'll fix it when I get home. 1.1.5 seems to have hardcore mode working, so use it for now.
