Build number is not the same thing as a version number, 158 is still the most recent public version: http://www.minecraftforum.net/forum...ic-tinkerer-thaumcraft-addon-evolve-knowledge which directs to http://minecraft.curseforge.com/mc-mods/75598-thaumic-tinkerer/files

Also you really don't need to tell me when mods update, I AM tracking that sort of thing.

Oh.. huh.. i'm pretty confused about it.. I guess what i showed is not the public version of thaumic tinkerer?
Sorry if i made a mistake, i kind of acted on impulse xD
I'm still not sure why Thaumic Tinkerer has to versions/builds that are completely different though.

My opinion is; we're a test server, might as well test it out, since you can find the most recent builds if someone looks hard enough.

Bugfixes are helpful, thanks for pushing a new version of the pack.

To explain it better, the Jenkins page is simply a list of the number of times the mod code has been compiled by the server, how often it attempts to build the code will depend on how the service is setup. A version number is a number given to a program or mod or pack, by it's author and is an indication how far along in development the thing is.

If we use this pack as an example, I'm using the something like the version numbering that FTB uses on their main packs, it consists of 3 numbers, Release Number, Major Update, Minor Update. If I add a new mod or change something fundamental or just do a large update, that will count as a major update, and the version number goes from 0.1.0 to 0.2.0 to 0.3.0. Now during that period I iterated on each version a number of times as I tweaked them, if you remember last weekend while we was running 0.3.0 on the server before it went live, I restarted the server a number of times to change and tweak the configuration then restarted the server, this would be the equivalent of a build.

Hmm.. I see. I somewhat understand now.
Basically the Jenkins page shows the amount of times the mod has been changed with minor/major fixes and the curse page shows the release version. Okay...

Additions you should make are:
Reliquary - definitely an interesting and useful magic mod.
Soul Shards Reborn - truly useful and very magic-like.
Magical Crops could be very nice also, why not?

Edit:
Deadly world. I am really surprised it's not in there. Amazing mod that gives a real feeling to the game.

Server is currently down apparently. Gonna have to wait till he fixes it, which may be after some time cause it's pretty late there (assuming he's from the UK)

Ok, so I just crashed on the server with :
IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

Upon logging in again, I am subjected to astronomical amounts of lag, with actions taking more then a minute to perform.

In addition, logging out and back in again has no effect.
[DOUBLEPOST=1414996365,1414617022][/DOUBLEPOST]Server is currently down again.

Concurrent modification error on a Special mob again, servers running again now.

On a side note, was busy last week (likely will be this week as well) but I'm hoping to get v1.0.0 ready for testing on the server over the weekend. For anyone that is interested here are my notes beyond updating existing mods:

Disabled sticky effect on Infernal Mobs.
Changed Special Mobs config, disabled trolling.
Consider Pams Harvist Craft
Consider Hunger Overhall as a disabled mod.
Consider Deadly World as a disabled mod.
Consider Necromancy http://www.minecraftforum.net/forum...1-7-10-necromancy-sew-your-own-unholy-minions
Consider MrCrayfish's Furniture http://www.minecraftforum.net/forum...rayfishs-furniture-mod-v3-3-4-bathroom-update
Consider Automagy http://www.minecraftforum.net/forum...addon-automagy-automation-and-logistics-v0-12
Consider Project Red (Automagy might do this, so may be redundant / duplication of existing magic mod.)
Decision made, not adding Reliquary, to much overlap with core mods.
Not adding soul shards, a number of ways already exist to create mod spawners.
Not adding Magical Crops, see earlier post.

I think I know what is happening that is crashing the server, it appears to be my skeleton spawner in the nether, whenever it spawns a mob from "Special Mobs" it can crash the server, I figured this since it just happened.... again. Sorry, I had no idea that this would happen when I set up my wither head farm, I might switch to a wrath cage for better speeds and doing so might prevent this glitch.

As for Project Red versus Automagy, Automagy doesn't have logic gates or the space saving ability of bundled cables that Project Red has, though it does have a really nice version of the timer.

What type of spawner are you using? I know the one from Forbidden Magic doesn't have that issue.

In fact that was a vanilla Skeleton, so it's not a issue with the mobs it'll be an issue with ether the spawner or the killer.

It was a vanilla spawner that I dislocated from the overworld, it causes the crash on spawn so that rules out interaction with the killer, I'll replace it with a wrath cage first thing tomorrow. Its strange that it would have an interaction with simply a vanilla skeleton, never had that problem before, at any rate I'll make sure it doesn't happen again.

Ok, I replaced the spawner with a wrath cage, but a when a skeleton spawned and hit me, it crashed the server, I am guessing that it happens when the mob spawns and instantly hits me, I wonder if it is due to my thorns enchant hitting a mob that had just been spawned. At any rate, this is really annoying for both of us.

Concurrent modification exception again, can you be more specific as to the exact point it crashes, I doubt it's crashing on spawn since other spawners don't have this issue, it is the second they attack you, if yes then what do you have equipped what are the enchantments etc.

It is the moment of attack, instantly after they spawn. My robes all have Protection 4, unbreaking 3 and warping 2, the helm has nightvision 1, aqua affinity 1, respiration 3. The chest has thorns 3, the legs have pounce 5 and ascent boost 4. The boots have haste 3, slowfall 3 and repair 2 instead of unbreaking. The items in question are the full void thamaturge robe set (helm, chest, legs) and regular thaumaturge boots.

Baubles? Any items in your inventory that would react to an attack? Concurrent modification exception basically means 2 different threads are trying to edit the same object at the same time. It basically means something isn't thread safe, it could be two different effects being applied to the mobs at the same time.

Oh, completely forgot about the baubles, I have a thaumostatic stabilizer, ring of chordata, apprentice ring of ignis and a vis stone. I bet its the stabilizer, thaumic exploration items tend to be a bit buggy.

It's down again.
If the concurrent modification exception happened on a creature native to aurora towers, then I was wearing a soulbound, projectile protection IV Earth Armor and a soulbound Water Orbs, with a ring of aura and a ring of mana as baubles. If not, then it was the other person on who triggered it. I didn't have anything in my inventory that I can think of that would have affected the mob attacking me.
