1.6.4 UU, and Iridium Production?

For a little background, I am using DW20's pack with Atomic Science, Reactor Craft, Big Reactors, Advanced Solar Panels, and Rotary Craft enabled.

I just recently made my first Mass Fabricator. I was surprised to see the output is a liquid. I am wondering how I turn this liquid to a solid, and how I make things out of it similar to how we did in 1.5.2 and previous.

Right now all I have is a bunch of liquid UU matter. I also want to make iridium, but the only way NEI is giving me to make it is with either A machine from ASP (converting iron to iridum at a high cost), or rotary craft with flakes. But it doesn't tell how to make the flakes, and I am hoping someone can explain that and the UU here to me.

Liquid UU in IC2exp requires another couple of machines to make use of it, I can't remember their names off the top of my head but you need one to scan the item to get a pattern and another to turn that pattern (plus a large amount of power and some liquid UU) into the item. A few fairly recent DW20 forgecraft vids show the whole setup.

I saw the setup. Seems interesting ... but I am having issues at the moment.

One I am unable to make reinforced stone. I made scaffolds (that I was reading on another site), and tried the cE stuff ... but that isn't working.

no you now craft it by placing a iron scaffold in the world and injecting it with CF foam and letting it harden and afterthat mining it up (it's quite a pain if you need 20 stacks...) to fox it you can add dartcraft and disable everything if you want butit adds the old recipe for reinforced stone and the ruby energy crystal recipe back in

I am fairly new to ic2 experimental but I know you need a replicator and what you do is pipe your liquid uu into the back and power it to replicate items. To choose what items you want to replicate you need a scanner and pattern storage. The pattern storage must be next to the replicator and the scanner must be next to the pattern storage. Only the replicator and scanner require power. The one thing I dislike about this system is every now and then the scanner fails and you have to find the iridium ore first (dungeon loot)
