Open 1.6.2: RF Tools & Runic Dungeons Conflict on upgrade of 1.5.1 to 1.6.2

What is the bug:
Upon upgrading a 1.5.1 server will multiple RF Tools dimensions. There was an error in the server log stating the Dimension 34 is already in use. After some research I found out that RF Tools dimension 34 was already created by RF Tools and that Runic Dungeons was trying to use the same dimension ID.

I don't think this bug would effect new worlds. Just existing worlds with 34 or more RF Tools dimensions.

Can it be repeated:
Yes if I change the Runic Dungeon config back to dimension 34.

Known Fix:
Change the main config file for Runic Dungeons to use dimension -34 instead of 34.

I also just found out in version 1.3.1 the FTB team changed Runic Dungeons to use dimension -34 instead of 34. Did this one slip back in?

probably, Runic Dungeon in Infinity 1.5.1 also used ID -34
