Problem 1.5.2 Server won't start

Hello,
I'm trying to set up a 1.5.2 without greg tech server on minecraftserver.net, but I'm running into a bit of a snag when it comes to actually launching the world.
Here's how I created my server jar:
downloaded the minecraft_server.jar
added forge 7.8.0.712 to said jar
in the same folder, i then added the config, coremods, lib, miscperipherals, and mods folders.

I then uploaded all of this to the server, but when I try to start it I get the following log:

I've also tried using forge 7.8.0.700 with same results. If I leave the server running for a while I'll get an occasional extra bits of log messages, but the server never loads. Skimming through the log, I did see that at the end there's a message about why it's crashing, but I've no idea what it means.

If somebody could help me out, I'd appreciate it. I've had the both direwolf20 and Ultimate on this server before.

1.5.2 builds are BETA builds and is for testing purposes only. That being said, there is very little to no support from the tech support to help you with your issue.

Delete NEIPlugins and NEIAddons from the server ONLY, not the client, and I think that should pretty much make it work, hopefully!

Thank you for your help Alchemist. I deleted the NEIPlugins and NEIAddonds from the mods folder, but left the NEI in the coremods folder. The server is almost working now. It's creates the spawn but it won't actually finish. Here's the second half of the log file (too big for one pastebin). If you need the first half let me know and I can paste that as well

Does it have to do with the version check failed? I've also tried it with deleting the NEI in the coremods folder. Same results.

It seems like the world is leaked, that can be caused by Mystcraft and/or ChickenChunks, I don't know of a solution for that, but you could try backing up your world, and let the server create a new one.
