I can not seem to find apatite anywhere in my world. I have my multi block farms ready to go and fertilizer is the main hold up. I have spent about 2 real days searing doing branch mines from level 64 up and have not found one ore. I have plenty of copper and tin now but no apatite. I have been searching the forums for awhile now and have been unable to find any answers. Is anyone else having this issue or do I just have a bad seed.

you may just be getting unlucky. Apatite IS rare-ish, but when you find one, you are generally set for a LONG time. Try checking the sides of mountains, should be easy enough to spot.
it getting to the point that im about to start converting sewage into industrial fertilizer. That just requires so much mj to maintain and my world is still new so im living on hobbyist steam engines.
What is it you are trying to farm with the multi-block? What are you trying to produce? I have found other ways to do my farming so I could get around this apatite need. Like my seed oil is done through henequin (sp?) farm (xycorium soil & golems). And saplings for my biofuel generation are done through a steve's cart oak farm.
I too use beta ngt & have found apatite with little if any problem, you are looking at the right levels it seems but just pure unlucky, if you can try a couple of mystcraft random books, or try extreme hills biomes I have seen its showing in the side of mountains in extreme hills & extreme hills edge biomes.
