1.5.1 NEI

Back up your save. Delete the NEI folder and NEI.dat from the individual save's folder. There is an NEI folder and an NEI.dat just inside the saves folder delete those as well. If this is a server you are playing on you need to look in the folder that has the same name as the IP of the server.

Does this work for 1.5.1 builds?
I'm trying to get my multimc set up working, and some textures (vanilla and modded) don't show up. NEI version 1.5.2.10
Tried with and without optifine, deleting and readding NEI, clearing the player .dat, and your suggestion that's quoted.
It only effects half of my game saves, and the first time it happened, it was in the middle of game play.
(Note, this isn't in tech support because it's not currently in any of the launcher provided modpacks)

You sure it is NEI? I had modular powersuits mess up the textures -- there is a font setting in the config to disable MPS fonts that fixed the issue.

Does your console report anything?

I assume it's NEI because I also don't have any textures in NEI after the top half of the first page of items.
Let me grab a pastebin of the console (lots of GL errors I'm ignoring [edit: the GL error occurs in the worlds that don't have missing textures also])

B:"Use Custom Font Engine"=false

Set to false.

I hope you get this working and figure out what the GL Errors are. I've seen a few users with these errors in the logs. I cannot remember if they were using 1.4.7 or 1.5.x

OP has the right NEI. 1.5.2.10 was the last one for MC 1.5.1.

I am on 1.5.1. The powersuits font issue is what messed up my textures and made the GL error repeat in my console. Oddly it worked fine for weaks. Then it just started. I don't recall changing anything config wise, but I update to dev mod versions of everything often.

Sorry, I was using 1.5.2. I forgot I updated to 1.5.2 in order to use the new Buildcraft version. Thanks for the info.

u21 was buggy for me, so I reverted to u17 (Work fine for the hubby though)
By buggy, I mean I got random mini dump errors, for no reason, on different modpacks and launchers lol.
u17 is less random for me

Where'd you get the 489 version?

Edit: also, I completely removed Powersuits and it did the same thing

You could try searching on that error and see if any other mods can cause it.

I don't think it is NEI, but i guess you could remove each mod one by one and see if the issue resolves.
