When will 1.4.5 FTB server files be released i cant go on servers cause my FTB is 1.4.5 i need help if you know plz leave a suggestion :([DOUBLEPOST=1354236085][/DOUBLEPOST]dont listen to the poll its wierd

I have NO knwoledge that FTB released 1.4.5 ! Redownload your client ! The FTB client is Sepperate from the normal Minecraft files, it is not saved in %appdata%

If you found a FTB server which is 1.4.5 they updated all the mods and MC themselves.

Than it is not FTB :). FTB is the pack you download from the launcher that is provided by the launcher. Not a pack made by a person that name's it FTB.
