1.3.0: Mystcraft UU-Matter Page wont work

What is the bug:
Hey,
i made a Mystcraft world with the uu-matter page,but there is no uu-matter in the world

i used this buildorder for the world:
stone,uumatter,flat,ocean biome, single biome,default weather,default lighting,default sun, default moon, default stars, clear modifiers

seems like the page is also showing wrong

Yes,
the water is normal,there is some oil and other stuff in the world,but no uu-matter at all
ive tried 5 worlds,none of them got uu-matter

Could you try something in, likely, creative mode in a new world (so you don't waste any of your pages) please? Follow this guide;

And try to make absolutely certain that the age can't be anything else but uu-matter. Also, be prepared to command yourself out if the world starts to break everything.

Well then, we have confirmed it's the page and not the randomness of Mystcraft. Are there any interesting messages in the console when you create the world, like something being ignored?

*Shrug* I guess go to the IC2 forums and see if this is a DW20 or mod wide issue. And then post about it if no one else has yet.
