What is the bug:
Assume that this isn't a bug but no idea where to report it, looking at the two server versions side by side they look to be identical. Specifially the mods that are said in the changelog to have been updated are the same file names as in the 1.2.0 version.

Naming the .zip files at your end with a server version would probably help with this sort of issue!

Just checked and the server version is correct on the repo, I would suggest making sure you have version 1.2.1 selected and try downloading again.
