I have avast, but I can't change it b/c a) I wouldn't know what I'm doing, and b) I don't think i have permission to change those settings
unfortunately, I can't upload the mods, because the take up 68 MB. you will have to manually install the mods if you want to play the pack.
When I try to extract it it says there isn't anything in there, and when I try to open it to see what's there it says the .zip is invalid...

Finally got it downloaded, thanks for putting up with my technical issues 
Just a quick suggestion that may be shut down immediately, but I would like to suggest Extreme reactors for power gen. You can gate it behind IE machines and stuff (like needing steel instead of iron and stuff like that) and/or upping the fuel usage (like in the direwolf20 modpacks)
