What is the bug:
I don't know if I would call this a bug, but the recipe for the regular mana pool no longer requires a diluted mana pool. I don't know if this is intended or not because it was not in the guide that way. Just wanted to make this known to Feed The Beast staff.

"The Diluted Mana Pool is no longer a required part of progression, you can craft the normal one with the old diluted recipe and the diluted one with slabs instead."
