Open 1.1.0: Botania Recipe Bug?

What is the bug:
I don't know if I would call this a bug, but the recipe for the regular mana pool no longer requires a diluted mana pool. I don't know if this is intended or not because it was not in the guide that way. Just wanted to make this known to Feed The Beast staff.
