Closed 1.0.4: Unintended auto sieve recipe

What is the bug:
Ex astris auto sieve did not have base recipe removed when the new more integrated recipe was added. This leaves in a MUCH cheaper recipe for the auto sieve than (I believe) is intended.

Can it be repeated:
Auto sieve can be crafted with base recipe 100% of the time. Is not a visual glitch.

Known Fix:
Add minetweaker lineto remove base auto sieve recipe.

It is meant to be cheap, Ex Astris added the EIO option recently. I am fine with leaving the TE recipe with the gear. I don't want to make resource gathering a grind more than it is.
