Closed 1.0.4: Tinker's Crossbow Bolt Strangeness

What is the bug:
1, I'm unable to pour Shiny Metal over tool rods (tried Netherack and Shiny) to create crossbow bolt cores.

2. Assuming it's a bug, I just cheated in the Shiny Bolts, which are now Iron Bolts. All crossbow bolts in NEI are Iron Bolts.

If it's intended, to restrict FTB Infinity Evolved Skyblock to Iron Crossbow Bolts only, it would be helpful to remove all the bolt recipes so people don't get confused.

I have steel bolts, so it might just be a bug with shiny.

Do you mean ExtraTiC?

ExtraTiC is removed, yes. That is why there are no shiny tool parts (or signalum/enderium)

Balance concerns, yes. The damage values on those materials are way way way out of line with anything else.
