1.0.3: World crash on startup

What is the bug:
Whenever I try to start a world it goes normal untill it starts to build a world...
It will then give an error and shut the client off...

How much RAM is allocated in the options tab on the launcher?

According to the logs you are running the pack with 1 gigabyte of memory, that is not enough. Try to increase it to 4. Also, your java version is rather old, I would update that as well.
