1.0.3: Actually 1.1.0: Latest modpack version is missing mods present in 1.0.4 (and 1.0.3)

What is the bug:
A 1.1.0 version of this modpack has been pushed to the launcher, which is newer that the previous most recent version, 1.0.4 (which is also not listed on this bugtracking form). The 1.1.0 version is missing Wireless Redstone CBE, and the changes within mods lead to issues with logging in.

I was looking around for change logs so i can see what the update actually had before I downloaded it, when I can across this website https://feedthebeast.atlassian.net/wiki/display/PML/Direwolf20+(1.7.x)+1.1.0 I don't know who's website this is but it does slightly clear up the issue,
