What is the bug:
When you drop a Sigularity or the entangled version on the ground, your client (and all nearby player one) crashes to the main menu until the droped item has vanished or you delete it. It doesn't matter if a player drops it or it is deployed by an dropper or broken chest. You will see the messsage: A fatal error has occured, this connection is terminated.

Just drop another Singularity.
Known Fix:
Just delete the dropped item (e.g via /xu_killitems) or wait until it has vanished.
