1.0.2: Breaking energy cell with Awaken Ichorium Pick create a Creative Energy Cell

What is the bug:
If any Energy Cell (from Thermal Expansion) is broken using a Awaken Ichorium Pick in square mode the cell is turned into the Creaetive version.

Can it be repeated:
Yes, log into new work, spawn Awaken pick and a lead stone cell. Shift right click while holdnig the pick to change it into square mode. When the cell is broken using the pick, a creative cell is dropped.

my server admin was not too happy about this

Ok with much testing, this works on any TE block that has a creative version for it.

Frankly this is an enormous exploit and I feel weird posting about it.

Fix:

Disable them server side in the config. They can be 'made', but not placed.
