What is the bug:
I can't use the pipette to store liquids (specifically seed oil) into forestry machines (specifically carpenter), that don't already have some of that liquid in them.

Can it be repeated:
Yes. Take a can of seed oil, and put it into an empty carpenter. Take a pipette, L-click on the seed oil to pick it up. Place and pickup the pipette into your inventory. L-click onto the tank area and nothing happens.
