What is the bug:
WAILA is currently reporting the needed tool for mining copper is an iron pick, yet the current stone pick being used is shown as being suitable for harvesting.

Mod & Version:
WAILA 1.5.4a, WAILAHarvestability 1.1.0

This sounds like a misunderstanding of the information shown. The mining level shown by Waila Harvestability does not represent the type of pick that needs to be used. Rather, a mining level of "iron" means that you need a pick that is able to mine iron ore to be able to mine what you are looking at (the mining level is named after the most common ore you can mine at that level).

For some examples: a diamond pick has a mining level of "obsidian"; diamond ore has a mining level of "redstone"; a stone pick has a mining level of "iron"; iron ore has a mining level of "iron".

This is based on how Tinkers' Construct presents the information.
