server does not start says missing libraries

Can it be repeated:
simply attempt to run the server .jar file

Known Fix:

Try re-download server.zip from CurseCDN and re-extract it. This should fix your problem as some other servers not yet synched correctly.

make sure to run the FTBInstall.bat/.sh file

im running linux (ubuntu 14.04) and even with the eula true and running the .sh i am getting a error saying that it can't read the eula.txt or jar file
also having to use the .sh has me concerned that i may not be able to run this pack on my mineos box

make sure to read eula.txt before playing!

FTBInstall.sh work for me on my linux server...

try to download the file on linux with "wget https://s3.amazonaws.com/Minecraft.Download/versions/1.7.10/minecraft_server.1.7.10.jar" or just download the file then put in on the server.

Can you edit line 6 to wget --debug -O libraries/${LAUNCHWRAPPER} https://libraries.minecraft.net/${LAUNCHWRAPPER} try again and post its output?

im getting the same problem trying to startup my server when using filezilla to transfer the files to the server it will not upload the wget.exe file that is in the library any help would be greatly aprieated
