What is the bug:
I have an Ender IO Powered Spawner setup with an Endermanspawner,
next to it a MFR Grinder. Everytime the Grinder kills one of the Endermen, the game crashes.

Can it be repeated:
everytime by spawning new endermen

Known Fix:
restart a couple of times to remove any living endermen fixes it, until new ones spawn
