I believe the crash is due to having an Electro Separator with a speed upgrade in it? No idea...

Can it be repeated:
Place speed upgrades in Electro Separator.

Known Fix:
Remove the speed upgrades in an Electro Separator.

Yes, I have had both on my server... This is still different than yours.
This error is strictly for having speed upgrades in the separator. Or at least that is what I observed.
