1.0.0: 1.6.1 Genepool doesn't empty DNA

What is the bug:
(dropdown version is incorrect, i cant choose 1.6.1)

I have an portable tank on top emptying ethonol on, and pipe with ender tank on the side to pick up DNA. This worked on the 1.5 version, but after downloading 1.6.1 ethanol runs straight through the machine and out into the ender tank. I cannot get the DNA out.

i can confirm this bug Tried every Side of the genepool with no luck of getting the DNA out .
