Unfortunately, bees are biome specific. To breed them, they need to be in their specific biome, otherwise nothing will happen when placed in an apiary.
You can cross-breed to get certain bees (and their products) in a different biome, but that requires you to start breeding in a specific...
Thank you, I've fixed that.
Also, completed BC and IC2. Everything there should be in and sorting nicely.
This file is now apart of the mod pack configs, so those of you using the mod packs you don't have to keep looking here to update. They'll grab the latest version before they update...
I highly recommend looking at the Computer Craft Wiki. They have nice tutorials and pages explaining a bunch of stuff in CC. There's even something about rednet in there.
A restriction tube is one where items will only go to the restriction tube if there's no other way to go. So if the chest is full, it will go straight to the inventory connected to the restriction tube.

Redstone engines should be used only for pipes and the pump, nothing else.
Well, if you have the resources...you could use a diamond pipe. Have one color hold coal and another hold the items you want in your chest. Then pipe the color that has coal back to the manager.
A bit ugly, but it might work? Though, you'd have to see which side of the manager the coal pipes...
DW20's pack doesn't have Advanced Machines? Yup, just looked. Doesn't seem to have it, but I don't think it's supposed to. At least, it's not in the change log at all. Perhaps DW20 will add it later.
Well, you could always add it yourself.
