Removed all directories from server apart from world directory. DL Server zip again and installed locally. Then FTP'd to server and all is good at the moment. Must have been something gone wrong during 1st install. Will carry on playing and update you later.

OK run Server locally and worked ok. Going to reinstall server from scratch and try again.

OK Defo Problem somewhere. Put down a generator with block of coal in and went to the nether. Came back and the generator had gone!!! On device there & no cables.

Only had Generator and macerator\Furnace\Extractor + Upgrades. Will try without upgrades. ie overclockers.

On the Map you I belive you have buttons on top left of screen for Daylight \ Nighttime \ caves - Select daytime and it should now be light again.
