Stuttering when walking forwards, Back, Left & Right + Flying up

Stuttering when walking forwards, Back, Left & Right + Flying up​

Details of the issue:
When walking in any direction I seem to stutter. Also when pressing space bar to fly again it does the same. Looking round I get no lag & get a steady FPS. Even the cows walk ok but i just seem to stutter along.
Tried Deleting & re-installing
Tried disabling mod packs but the same.
It only seems actions that require me to keep a key pressed on my keyboard (Wired) ie A,S,D,W or Space bar
nb: If I open notepad and keep my finger on any key I dont get any delay or stutter.

Any one got any ideas?​
